The Standard plan is $99 per month for your whole center, billed in US dollars, with sales tax added where it applies. Every module is included.

Every center gets one 30-day free trial, with no card, starting when your account is set up. To keep full access after it, a director chooses the Standard plan on the Billing page and enters a card at checkout. Choosing the plan early never shortens your trial or starts a second one: nothing is charged until the day your trial ends, when your card is charged $99 automatically, and again every month until you cancel. If you don’t choose a plan, records become read-only when the trial ends — attendance, check-in, daily reports, medication logging, incidents, safety information and messages keep working.

Any time, from Manage billing. Cancelling stops the next charge: your center keeps full access until the end of the period it is already in — including a free trial, which then ends without any charge — and is not billed again.

No. Children, staff, and family accounts are unlimited. One plan covers your whole center and every module.

Always. Your center owns its records and can export them at any time, including print-ready packets generated from your live data.
