How long does it take to get set up?

Most centers are running their day in KhayrOS within a week. You create your rooms, invite staff, and enroll children through a guided intake that only asks for what your records actually need.

Does a “ready” record mean my center is compliant?

No. Readiness scores and alerts are informational aids to help you spot missing items — they don’t certify legal or licensing compliance. Your center remains responsible for verifying records and meeting your licensor’s requirements.

Who can see my center’s records?

Only your center. Records are separated at the database level so other centers can never see them, families see only their linked children, and staff see what their role allows. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Your center owns its records and can export them at any time using the tools in the app, including print-ready packets generated from your live data.
